Published 30/01/25Visyon have produced two new webinars which are available to view for free on our website and are intended for young people aged 11+.
They are on the topic of Anxiety, with episode 1 focussing on 'Understanding Anxiety' and episode 2 looking at 'Managing Anxiety' with practical tips and strategies to try.
New episodes on 'Coping with Exam Stress' and 'Self Care' will be added soon.
